Three stages divided my design journey, each of which has laid a cornerstone for my design career.
Early-stage：
Focusing on 0-1 projects, solving unknown-type problems, learning to collaborate, and building consensus.
Mid-stage：
Taking on 1-N product challenges, achieving breakthroughs in business and technology, exploring issues across different fields, and expanding the value of design.
Late-stage：
Strategy formulation and standardization, focusing on DesignOps, delegating authority, and leading teams to achieve goals.
