Prior to my professional career, I cultivated robust hands-on expertise through internships at i-mps, ebti, and HyXen, and I also served as a strategic consultant for tel25, AXIOM, and YAUDA, where I standardize core processes and catalyze market growth for startups.
While obtaining a certificate offers a structured curriculum, I find that I personally prefer reading. As my professional experience grows, returning to books often brings new layers of understanding. In 2025 alone, I read over 50 books, spanning various domains including Business, Strategy, Design, and Life Philosophy.
Design courses
Internally, I place design at the core of our operations, having developed and taught over 10 courses to drive measurable improvements in design efficiency. Externally, I have served as a lecturer at several prestigious institutions, including NTUT, PCCU, SHU, and FJU, where I led courses in Design and Design Thinking, empowering the next generation of creative problem solvers.
Product Design
Throughout my 10 years of design experience, I have led the design of over 20 products. My professional journey has evolved through three distinct stages, allowing me to bridge the gap between design depth and business value. Today, I leverage marketing strategies to drive sustainable product performance and long-term impact.
Collaborations
From co-founding a startup with a 3-person team to leading a 6-person squad through a traditional publishing house's digital transformation, and managing an 8-person team to deliver over 10 large-scale system projects, I have consistently driven impact across different organizational scales.
